Yak-54: TBOs and maintenance
Total airframe service life 3000 hours, 12000 landings, 20 years

The basic M-14X engine (the M-14P with the flat hub flange) has 2250 hh hours designed total life with the first overhaul at 750 hours, then every 500 hours with extensions available from the manufacturer. The optional 400 hp M-14PF has just entered mass production, so its TBO is actually of 250 hours, to be extended through inspections conducted in your area.
